Since I've changed my lifestyle (eating habits and herbs intake) I have a recipe that uses honey. I have been eating honey in a variety of ways since I've found out the health benefits associated with it. This is quick and easy so I thought I'd share it with you.

Crunchy Yummy Treats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips (or 1/4 of each)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well with a spoon. Roll into small balls. Place the balls on waxed paper. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
This recipe serves/makes 20
