Tuesday Tip (coughs)

With the Winter Season upon us we are bound to get ourselves at least 1 cold this winter. One of the worst things are sore throats and cough. So here are 2 different Home cough remedies that I find are effective.

One of the most popular home cough remedies is grapes. Grapes act as an expectorant, an agent that dissolves the mucus in one's respiratory system. Intake of just a cup of pure grape juice can provide relief in just a couple of days.

In general citruses are good cough remedies. Anything with vitamin C would work. A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice everyday can be a preventive and curative approach for coughs. You can even take vitamin C supplements. When you know that your immune system has taken a beating, and that cough season has arrived, it's best to stock up on your ascorbic acid intake.
