If your child will eat yogurt, serve them some for breakfast (with a twist.) Here's a fun way to liven up your child's breakfast. For a fast, but nutritious breakfast, Grab some plain yogurt and have your child add some fresh fruit of their choice and some granola. Stir it all together and your child is set for the day.

You can also give your child some 1 minute oats,and to liven it up, stir in 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 2 tsp of brown sugar.


Another yummy way to add some flavor to their oats, is to add 1 tbs of honey. Great tasting and good for them too.

to send your child off to school with. A delicious healthy drink to start their day


Ingredients:
•1 small ripe banana, sliced
•2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
•1 tablespoon honey
•1 cup cold milk
Preparation:
Put banana, peanut butter, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend until foamy.Serve immediately.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups, 1 serving
