Cooking with kids

Here is a tasty , fun way for your child to eat a healthy breakfast. Make a Breakfast Burrito (This doesn't take a whole lot of time) Make sure you get your child to help out with this. Don't forget this is your time to spend with your child every morning before shipping them off for the day.



Main Ingredients:
•1 TBS butter
•5 eggs
•5 (8 in) tortillas



Fillings: (optional)
•1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese (or use 2 cheeses 1/4 c ea.
•salsa
•diced tomatoes
•black olives
•chopped bell pepper



Directions:
•Over Medium heat, melt your butter in a frying pan
•Scramble eggs and add to pan, cook completely.
•Next for warmed tortillas, heat in your microwave (1 at a time) for about 10 seconds.
•Put scrambled eggs into your burrito and choice of fillings
•Roll ,and eat.
