Low Fat Three-Pepper Bean Dip Recipe
Perfect for Chips

    Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1-1/2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup salsa
3 green onions, chopped
1 – 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chipotle pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Tortilla chips

    Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 8-10 minutes longer. Serve warm with chips.
