In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 8-10 minutes longer. Serve warm with chips.
