Low Carb Salmon Recipe

Baked Salmon
I love fish. Any kind of fish. Especially Salmon. Here is a recipe that is very tasty and flavorful. But is low in carbs. It's a good idea to always try and eat fish twice a week. Very good for you. You already knew that thought right? You'll really enjoy this recipe.


Low Carb Baked Salmon

BAKED SALMON INGREDIENTS:
1 pound salmon (thaw if frozen)
1 Tbs. oil / or 1 tablespoon light butter, softened
Garlic powder
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Parsley Flakes
Spritz of Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place fish in a baking pan lined with heavy foil for easy clean up. Spread oil or butter over the surface. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 425ยบ for 7-14 minutes. Baking time will depend on the thickness of the fish. Do not over cook.

NOTE: You can use the broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown the top.

Makes 4 servings 

For 1/4 Recipe: 235 Calories- 15g Fat- 23g Protein- 0g Net Carbs
