Low Carb Baked Salmon
BAKED SALMON INGREDIENTS:
1 pound salmon (thaw if frozen)
1 Tbs. oil / or 1 tablespoon light butter, softened
Freshly Ground Pepper
Spritz of Paprika
Place fish in a baking pan lined with heavy foil for easy clean up. Spread oil or butter over the surface. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 425º for 7-14 minutes. Baking time will depend on the thickness of the fish. Do not over cook.
NOTE: You can use the broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown the top.
