Low Carb Salmon Recipe

Baked Salmon
I love fish. Any kind of fish. Especially Salmon. Here is a recipe that is very tasty and flavorful. But is low in carbs. It's a good idea to always try and eat fish twice a week. Very good for you. You already knew that thought right? You'll really enjoy this recipe.

Low Carb Baked Salmon

1 pound salmon (thaw if frozen)
1 Tbs. oil / or 1 tablespoon light butter, softened
Garlic powder
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Parsley Flakes
Spritz of Paprika

Place fish in a baking pan lined with heavy foil for easy clean up. Spread oil or butter over the surface. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 425┬║ for 7-14 minutes. Baking time will depend on the thickness of the fish. Do not over cook.

NOTE: You can use the broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown the top.

Makes 4 servings 

For 1/4 Recipe: 235 Calories- 15g Fat- 23g Protein- 0g Net Carbs
