You can add meat to this recipe but I omitted it being vegetarian. Just make sure to add the meat to the wok first and cook well.
Stir Fry- Pasta and Veggies
8 ounces spaghetti
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 onion, sliced - thin ring style
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups shredded carrots
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce if you prefer)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in onion, and cook until soft. Stir in the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and cook for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with worcestershire or soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Toss pasta with veggies. Serve hot.
