This is such a wonderful product I thought I'd share it with everyone. What does this have to do with health, fitness, and such? A lot. It keeps you
healthy with a healthy eating alternative. Steaming food is much better than frying. And no loss of important vitamins or minerals when steaming.


Steam cooking is not only one of the healthiest methods of preparing food, but it is also a special way of preparing it which allows the steamed products to keep their shape, color, and taste. Steam cooking is the best method for the health-conscious person.


During the steam cooking the loss of vitamins and minerals is minimal.
Steamers cook all kinds of food. From meat to veggies, to fruit.
With this type of steamer you can cook multiple foods and save time plus no need for oils, fats or lards.

Prepare many recipes with a steamer. Especially if you're vegetarian. Meals come out tasting great.


Foods that can be prepared using a steamer are:
  • If your steamer comes with a special bowl then you can cook Rice
  • Vegetables
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Meat (Beef-Lamb)
  • Chicken -Game Birds 
  • Seafood (fish is delish) Especially whole fish and fillets cook up so good



I would seriously recommend getting a steamer if you are health conscious. If you're trying to eat healthier for any reason at all. This would be a great product to have on hand.
