In The Kitchen- Egg Cup Recipe

 Egg Cups Recipe  -Great for an on-the-go breakfast. In a hurry to get to work? Kids woke up late? No worries. Just make sure to have these in the fridge to grab in the mornings. These are easily baked into a muffin tin with things like vegetables, cheese, or meat.

Ingredients:

6 eggs beaten
salt, and pepper

 FILLINGS To Add

  1. Bacon Bits
  2. Chopped spinach
  3. Diced tomatoes
  4. Minced onion
  5. Your favorite cheeses 

Preheat oven to 350°F 

In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. 

In a greased muffin tin, (cooking spray works well) place a small amount of egg mixture in each cup, then add your desired fillings, season each cup with salt and pepper, add more beaten eggs into each muffin cup until the eggs  almost reaches the top. 3/4 full.

Bake for 15- 20 minutes
