Tomato and Cucumber Salad-Low Fat Low Calories
Ingredients:
3 cups cucumber ,chopped & peeled 2-1/2 cups chopped tomato 3/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion (you can use Red Onion) 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon. calories: 29
