Home Remedies for Joint Pain- Because we all suffer from this type of pain at some time or other.

These remedies are for the joints. Most people have joint pain mostly in the  hips, shoulders and knees. This is sometimes due to a lot of stress placed on these joints from activity.
Joint pain can be caused by
a number of issues, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, bursitis, tendinitis or a strain, sprain or other injury affecting the ligaments, bursae or tendons surrounding a joint.
It is most common in the knees, shoulders and hips. The pain can range from slightly mild to more severe and may be accompanied by some swelling and stiffness.
Make sure to consult your doctor if your joint pain is accompanied by swelling, redness and tenderness.

Home Remedies that can help;

1. Using Apple cider vinegar can help reduce joint pain by eliminating accumulated toxins from the joints 
and connective tissues. -Mix one teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar and a little honey in a cup of warm water. Drink this solution two times a days before meals. 

2. Cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin with natural analgesic or pain-relieving properties. - Heat one-half cup of coconut oil. Mix in two tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder. Apply it on the affected area, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

3. garlic is beneficial for those suffering from arthritis and joint pain. Sulfur helps relieve joint pain and inflammation - Include raw or cooked garlic in your diet. You can safely consume two or three garlic cloves daily.

4. Ginger is an excellent natural remedy for muscle and joint pain, due to the anti-inflammatory properties. - You can either drink ginger tea, or add fresh ginger root or dried ginger powder in your daily diet.
