2. You can  improve  your self-confidence - physical fitness can boost self-esteem and improve positive self-image. Regardless of weight, size,or age, exercise can elevate a person's perception of their self worth.

3. It is great for helping prevent cognitive decline - As aging and degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s start to begin, exercise and a healthy diet can help the brain fight against cognitive decline which can begin as early as age 45.

4. It is great for helping to control addiction - The brain releases dopamine, in response to any form of pleasure, whether it is from exercise, drugs, alcohol or food. Exercise can help in addiction recovery.

Working out can have positive effects far beyond the gym. Gaining self-confidence, and thinking smarter are a couple of ways to  get motivated  to take time for regular exercise. No matter your age , size or exercise level, everyone needs to be both physically and mentally fit.
