Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls With Spanish Rice


Ingredients

1.)  6-8 cabbage leaves
2.)  1 package  Spanish rice, prepared according to
package directions (or for the easiest method use canned Spanish rice)1-2 cans
3.) 1 pound ground beef (I'm vegetarian so I use morning star crumbles)
4). A 16-ounce jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions

Boil cabbage leaves until tender. Combine rice, ground beef and 1 cup of spaghetti sauce. Divide into equal portions.

Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold, and rollover. Place in crockpot. Pour spaghetti sauce over cabbage rolls. Cabbage rolls should be completely covered.

Cook on Low for about 6 hours, or until meat is fully cooked.

Serve hot and enjoy!
