Muffin Tin Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 2 tablespoons oil (I use vegetable)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast (you can also use Instant Yeast)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour (bread flour or all-purpose will work)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl combine the warm milk, oil, yeast, and sugar. Stir slightly. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg. Mix flour and salt together and then stir into the yeast mixture.
- Shape dough into 12 balls and place in muffin pans. Cover to rise the dough for 30-40 minutes
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
