 Ways to create a more balanced, De-stressed, and fulfilling life.

The luxuries of today's modern world. Making our life simper and easier. Well, sometimes.  They can make our life more chaotic, at times.

So, what do you do to simplify your life? To also take the stress out. Make life more relaxed? I'll give you some tips, to help you simplify your life. In this list you will not only find that, but also that it will help you to relax, de-stress, and enjoy yourself a little bit more.

1.  Create a no-distractions zone - This means, absolutely, no phones, no email, no co-workers, and no kiddos. -Just for a few hours, where there is no social media or web browsing
either. Just some time for you, and what you plan on working on. Time to relax, reflect, or to get some much-needed things done. (things that aren't stressful).

2. Limit yourself to 2–3 tasks. If your to-do list is long and just too overwhelming, pick two or possibly three tasks you want to do today, tasks that aren’t just important but will have an impact on you. Focus on getting these tasks done before you do anything else.

3. Declutter your home - Take a look around the house, and you will probably find some things that are not needed or no longer used. Try getting rid of the things you no longer need or use. Things that are not necessary to you or your life anymore.

 4. One-Two  (1 In - 2 Out) - The most popular thing everyone hears, but it's true. It works. Downsizing. When you bring something into your house, you automatically get rid of one or two other items. You can also try just getting rid of ta few things without bringing in anything at all. This is an even better plan.


5. 50/30/20 rule.- Okay, about budgeting money. Some of us are pretty clueless. I’ve learned that a good rule of thumb is - 50% living expenses, 30% lifestyle, and 20% should always (if possible) go to savings. (This isn't always feasible for some people) If all you can do is 5-10 %, then this should be put into a savings of some kind.

 6. Start a capsule wardrobe.- Having a simplified wardrobe is another great way to simplify your life. Keeping clothes you absolutely love (and only clothes you love) means less money spent shopping, and also less time getting ready in the morning.


 7. Snacking I've said it before. A healthy lifestyle is essential. So, keep healthy snacks at your desk.
Most offices have an unlimited supply of chips and junk food at the ready. . Instead of going to the unhealthy snacks at the vending machine, keep a stash of healthy snacks at your desk to perk yourself up. Energy bars, dried fruit, dark chocolate, and nuts (all kinds) are all excellent choices to choose from.
