Organize Your Pantry - How Do You Do It?

It's Not That Hard To Organize Your Pantry -  How Do You Do It?

There are a variety of ways to keep your pantry organized.

Remove all the contents of your pantry. This is a necessary step to creating and maintaining an organized space.

The pantry is a great space for storing your baking supplies, beef/chicken broth and all kinds of pasta. You can also utilize the upper shelf for your small appliances. A great place to put the blender bread machine, toaster or waffle maker. But because the pantry, it is out of sight, is often overlooked and becomes a place of clutter. Without proper organization, your pantry can become an area where there is expired goods and duplicates.

1. Categorize your items, using baskets, totes and bins. Especially clear bins, making it easier to see inside. Label the containers and date them with the use/best by dates. Place a hanging spice rack on the door for extra space and to help things clutter-free.

2.  Install a rolling ladder, which makes it much easier to reach pots and pans or a spice rack while you cook.

3.  For a compact closet, keep those spices, cans and everyday snacks in clear organizers and storage bins. You maximize every bit of space and makes finding things a breeze. And you can keep the cereal, pasta, and things like rice in containers to preserve their freshness.

4. Utilize all the space! Store your condiments, along with the spices and other small items, in a rack on the back of the door. This will make finding things so much easier and gives you more space on the shelves for larger items

5.  Use hooks along the walls of your pantry for items like aprons, plastic bags, grill utensils, and more.

6. Grab some labels. By labeling your bins and assorted containers, you will maintain an organized layout in your pantry.
